Terms of Use
The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual user and Lawn Fanatiks a subsidiary of N3kit LLC regarding the use of your website and services.
Introduction:
Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing our site or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms.
Modification of Terms:
At our discretion, Lawn Fanatiks ( N3Kit LLC) may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Terms of Use, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.
Owner Responsibilities:
You are solely responsible for any unforeseen conditions on your property that is not removed prior to service. We ask that toys, hoses, protruding sprinkler heads, animal droppings, and/or any other objects that may get damage by the mower. We ask that the owner do not water the property the night before. Owner understands that we will not be able to perform service in wet or other dangerous atmospheric conditions.
Other Damage:
We are very careful when we service your lawn, but if a covered incident does happen, we will repair the damage. Contact us immediately, no later than 24 hours after the service where damage occurred. Damages that occur during the performance of our services shall be the the responsibility of Lawn Fanatiks. All approved repairs will be made by us or by an approved contractor; repairs made by others without our consent will not be our financial responsibility
Holidays:
Schedules may be moved forward or back due to a weekday holiday. The following holidays are observed by Lawn Fanatiks : Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. Our business is closed the days between Christmas and New Year’s Day each year, and no regular service visits will occur during this time. Monthly costs are prorated over the course of the contract for simplicity in billing and payment.
Locked Gates:
Our service teams are careful about locking and closing gates. If security is a concern, please make a quick check of the gate and lock for closure after our service to be certain the gate is secured. Please contact us if you find the gate/lock open, and we will remind the service team to lock every time! However, we cannot guarantee a gate will latch and the lock stay in place. You accept our service with these terms.
Pets:
We love pets but we want to ensure that they are not subject to the noise, or debris. We also work hard to protect our technicians and ask that pets be removed from the service area prior to service.
Booking Service:
Member has the ability to book service online or via our Lawn Fanatiks App. Bookings are subject to technicians availability. Add on services are exclusive to members and can not be purchased for other customers. Our Technicians will not perform service beyond the scheduled service. If an add on service is purchased prior to a booking Lawn Fanatiks will determine weather that service will be fulfilled at the same time as your booking.
Cancellation Policy:
This contract may be terminated for any reason by either party upon receipt of a written thirty 15 day notice of intent to cancel (non-payment for service fees constitutes notice). If notice of less than thirty 15 days is given by customer, then Lawn Fanatiks reserves the right to either bill for services in lieu of notice, or agree to termination based upon justifiable cause. Any seasonal cancellations may be subject to price increases.
Termination:
N3Kit LLC reserves the right to terminate access to our site and block future use of our services if we deem these Terms of Use have been violated.
